Yesterday God spoke powerfully to me about consecrating myself before our mission in Japan.
Title: "Consecrate thy self"
S.cripture: Then Joshua said to the people, "Consecrate yourselves, for tomorrow the Lord will do wonders among you." - Joshua 3:5
O.bservation: I really feel like this is what God is speaking over my team as we head out to Japan this Friday! God is certain to do Great and Wonderful works in and through our team. So now is the time for us to really consecrate ourselves before the Lord as we prepare ourselves in these last few days.
A.pplication: When we fast this Wednesday, I need to make sure that I'm focused in on the Lord, worshiping Him and praying with all my heart for Japan.
P.rayer: "Father, I love you and I long to be intimate with you. I want nothing more than all of you. So would you fill me up once again with a greater portion of you. Be blessed! Would you enjoy my praise, for I long to bring you joy. Help me as well to find favor in your eyes. Amen!"
